The Peak Performance Team: A Recipe for Results was created through a unique partnership that brings to the table years of experience in corporate training, event planning and gourmet cooking. The goal: to help your organization cultivate a commitment to teamwork through a distinctive culinary course that combines experiential exercises in group dynamics with the preparation of a restaurant-quality meal.

The Finest Ingredients

Can you perform when the heat is on? Can you delegate tasks without starting a food fight? Can you trust your teammate with a 12-inch knife? Can you muster the courage to step outside your comfort-food zone?

Preparation. Communication. Confidence. Leadership. During this lively, half-day program, your group will bring these ingredients together and learn the value of working as a team to create a finished product that everyone can enjoy.

Here's how it works: We provide the aprons, recipes, utensils and supplies. After receiving instructions, each team prepares a different dish-doing all of the prepping, mixing, cooking, presenting, serving and, of course, eating!

Hands-on assistance and group facilitation are provided throughout the program. After the preparations are complete, a debriefing session allows group members to process what they've learned and apply it back to the work environment.

    Prices vary depending on the number of participants and menu selections. We will be happy to make suggestions that will fit your budget and meet your needs.

    To add a special touch to your event, we can also coordinate facility rental, rental of other supplies (plates, glasses, silverware, etc.), special promotional items (monogrammed chef jackets or aprons, gourmet favors, etc.) or decorations.
